AlfaDocs is hiring an Onboarding Specialist in Milan with hybrid work (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
You will guide healthcare practices through onboarding, tailor workflows, and deliver training to doctors, staff, and managers.
We seek 1+ year of CS/onboarding experience, strong communication, and CRM expertise (HubSpot/Salesforce/Intercom/Zendesk).
Fluency in Italian and English is required; relocation to Milan or Munich is welcomed.
