Demichef De Partie Pasticceria
Responsibilities
Assist the Pastry Chef in managing daily activities and ensuring guests receive an exceptional experience.
Prepare and produce desserts, pastry products, and mise en place for the section, maintaining the hotel's quality standards.
Manage and organize the section, including ingredients, semi?finished products, and production timing.
Prepare menu items, verify equipment, clean and reset work area, and adhere to hygiene, safety, and HACCP regulations.
Control quality and presentation of preparations before service.
Communicate with all F&B; outlets and, when necessary, collaborate with other hotel departments.

Qualifications
Extensive experience in luxury hotel or restaurant pastry positions.
Strong communication skills and a solid ethical service mindset.




Fluency in Italian; ability to communicate effectively in this language.
Availability to work night and day shifts; proactive, able to work independently and/or in a team.

Annual gross salary: 23,******€.
