TECEZE is seeking an experienced EUC Support / Field IT Support Engineer to provide onsite technical support for end users, desktops, laptops, peripherals, and IT infrastructure at the Fiorenzuola d'Arda site.
The role covers troubleshooting hardware/software, device configuration, and asset management on-site.
The candidate will handle Level 1/2 EUC and desktop support, Windows OS installations, Microsoft 365, and AD/Azure administration, plus basic networking and endpoint deployment tasks.
