POP MART is hiring a Store Manager to lead the opening of our new Milan City Centre store.
You will recruit staff, oversee pre-opening setup, and run daily operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
The role requires 3–5 years in retail, ideally in luxury or multinational contexts, with strong product knowledge, KPI tracking, and budget management.
Fluency in Italian and English and strong Excel skills are essential.
