ppOverview:The Logistics Manager plays a key role in ensuring efficient, reliable, and cost-effective physical flows across the supply chain network. Combining strong operational leadership with a continuous improvement mindset, this role oversees day-to-day logistics activities while contributing to strategic transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing warehousing, transportation, and overall logistics performance. Working in close collaboration with internal stakeholders including Supply Chain, Customer Service, IT, Finance, and Procurement, as well as external logistics partners, the Logistics Manager ensures operational excellence, service continuity, and the successful evolution of logistics capabilities in line with business needs /p h3Job responsabilities /h3 pOperational Leadership Partner Management: /p ul liOversee and coordinate daily logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management, ensuring service continuity and reliability. /li liManage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and carriers, acting as the primary operational contact and ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs. /li liMonitor, analyze, and report on logistics performance, identifying issues and implementing corrective actions to maintain high standards of service and operational efficiency. /li /ul pLogistics Transformation Process Improvement: /p ul liActively support and contribute to key logistics evolution initiatives, projects including the design, implementation, and stabilization of new processes, tools, and operating models. /li liDrive continuous improvement efforts across logistics activities to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize service quality. /li liCollaborate with IT and other stakeholders to ensure effective system integration and optimal use of logistics-related technology. /li liBalance project demands with ongoing operational stability,
