ppTo strengthen our Finance team, we are looking for a Junior Business Controller, a professional who will contribute to management control, reporting, and economic-financial planning activities, working closely with our management team. /p h3THE ROLE: /h3 pYou will join the Finance team and work closely with the Head of Accounting and the Management Control Manager. You will be responsible for bsupporting /b bmanagement control, reporting, and economic-financial planning activities /b, contributing to the evolution of our Finance processes. /p pYou will have the opportunity to gain a cross-functional overview of the business, collaborating with various Business Units and participating in key planning, reporting, and business performance analysis processes within an international context. /p h3WHAT YOU WILL DO: /h3 ul liSupport the monthly management closing process; /li liPrepare economic and financial reports, as well as KPIs, to support management; /li liMonitor revenues, costs, and margins across clients, Business Units, and projects; /li liSupport budgeting, forecasting, and economic-financial planning activities; /li liAnalyze variances against targets and identify root causes; /li liCollaborate with Business Units to interpret economic performance and identify areas for improvement; /li liAssist in the development and enhancement of company reporting and dashboards /li liSupport the evolution of the company ERP, contributing to process automation, budget integration, and the improvement of management reporting; /li liSupport the automation and optimization of Finance processes; /li liCollaborate with the Accounting team on closing and data reconciliation activities; /li liPrepare analyses and presentations to support management and the Group. /li /ul h3REQUIREMENTS SKILLS: /h3 ul liDegree in Economics, Finance, or a related field; /li li2-4 years of experience in Management Control, Auditing, FPA, consulting,
