We focus on connecting, setting trends, and helping people express who they are. /p pWe’re seeking an energetic Store Manager with an innovative mindset and a passion for crafting exceptional customer experiences. /p h3bYour role /b /h3 ul liLead the team and represent the Meller brand, ensuring every customer enjoys a unique in-store experience. /li liSet clear goals, foster a sense of shared ownership, and keep the team focused on results and continuous improvement. /li liTurn the store into more than just a shop — a space of connection where every visitor experiences the full Meller vibe. /li liOversee daily operations, from inventory to visual standards, ensuring smooth store functionality (POS, deliveries, replenishment, maintenance). /li liMonitor stock levels, make adjustments as needed, and maintain an organised, attractive store.
