ppThe Finance Specialist - Dealer Incentives is responsible for managing dealer incentive calculations, accruals, and financial controls, ensuring accurate and compliant execution of incentive programs. This role works closely with Sales, Dealer Network, and Finance teams to maintain data integrity, monitor dealer performance, and ensure timely and accurate settlement of incentives. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliCollect, reconcile, and validate sales data from DMS, SAP, and other business systems to ensure the accuracy of incentive calculations. /liliMonitor key commercial KPIs, including vehicle sales, trade-in programs, scrappage incentives, financing penetration, and other dealer performance metrics. /liliReview and verify incentive calculations against sales volumes, financial invoices, and policy requirements, investigating and resolving discrepancies. /liliCalculate and accrue dealer incentives, ensuring accurate accounting treatment and timely posting. /liliMaintain incentive records and reconciliation files, ensuring full traceability and audit readiness. /liliSupport dealer profitability analysis and provide insights into incentive effectiveness and business performance. /liliManage approval workflows and ensure all incentive claims comply with applicable policies, budget limits, and calculation rules before payment. /liliIdentify and escalate exceptions, control risks, and support continuous improvement of incentive management processes. /li /ulh3Qualifications Requirements /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline. /liliMinimum 5 years of experience in Finance, Sales Controlling, Commercial Finance, Incentive Management, or Dealer Operations. /liliExperience in the automotive industry,
