/ppThe position ensures the food and beverage/culinary operation meets the brand's target customer needs and satisfaction, ensures employee satisfaction.
/ppAreas of responsibility include Restaurants, Room Service and banqueting /ppDetermines training needed to accomplish goals, then implements plan.

/liliChecks daily purchase to various kitchen, bar and store.
/liliChecks invoices for acknowledgement of receipt of goods.
/liliChecks arithmetic accuracy.
/liliChecks unit cost to ensure that they are charged as per contract price.
/liliProcesses store requisition.
/liliChecks all store requisitions have been properly approved by authorised person.
/liliChecks on outlets requisition and keeping stock above par.




/liliCalculates potential food and beverage cost of various outlets and overall cost of sales so that immediate action on cost control can be taken.
/li /ulh3Controls menu costing and pricing /h3ulliControls menu costing and pricing /liliKeys in computer on daily receiving function.
/liliHelps to check and match invoices or delivery order with purchase order or purchase requisition.
/liliSpot checks on receiving of goods to ensure that they are in accordance with the specification set by /li /ulh3Management /h3ulliControls inventory of Store items.
/liliRandom checks of store level as to control losses, spoilage, damage and obsolescence.
Carries out /li /ulpmonthly stock take of store /pulliReports discrepancies to Director of Finance.
/liliControls inventory in food and beverage outlets.
/liliRandom checks of par stock level.
/liliSpot checks on portion and wastages.
/liliPrepares and report the interim weekly and the monthly FB Costs /liliControls and re-costs House Charge /liliPosts on a monthly into the General Journal all FB Adjustments /liliProcess and post all Goods Received without invoice accrual /liliSchedule periodic spot checks of bars and kitchen areas to check on the proper usage and storing of /li /ulh3raw materials /h3ulliDemonstrate Awareness of HACCP policies and procedures and ensure all procedures are conducted /li /ulpsafely and within HACCP guidelines and ensure direct reports do the same.
/pulliPrepares Monthly and Annual VAT declarations /liliPrepares VAT monthly payments /liliProcesses self billing invoices /liliPrepares the self-consumption VAT computation /li /ulpMaintain updated and files all VAT registers (Sales, Purchase, Self Billing and Intrastat) on a monthly basis /pulliImplement and maintain all fiscal reports required by existing fiscal laws and new laws (any type) /liliMaintain controls on City Tax and prepare the quarterly payments to the municipal bank /liliResolve small issue on tax claims with tax office /liliAssist appointed consultant in resolving tax claims /liliLiaise with SIAE for monthly and extraordinary payments /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
