Analyzes equipment specifications and process requirements to create practical, efficient designs, ensuring optimal functionality and maximizing the value derived from the organization’s solutions. /p /brpProvides end-to-end technical support across pre-sales and post-sales activities by analyzing customer needs, proposing tailored solutions, and ensuring successful implementation and integration with existing systems. Develops and expands application areas while delivering advanced technical guidance, training, and troubleshooting to internal teams, partners, and customers. /p /brpLeads product and process development activities by defining functional requirements,



designing and modeling solutions using CAD/CAM/CAE tools, and ensuring alignment with performance, cost, and quality targets. Evaluates equipment and material capabilities to meet technical specifications, prepares engineering documentation, and supports validation, testing, and industrialization processes. /p /brpCollaborates cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and external partners to configure, adapt, and optimize products and systems according to customer requirements, ensuring compliance with safety standards and efficient handover to production. /p /brh3Your profile: /h3 /brpUniversity degree in Engineering and/or extensive experience in sales management with engineering cutting tools skills or equivalent. /p /brul /brliStrong experience of managing external and internal customer relationships /li /brlianalytical, persuasive with good interpersonal skills /li /brligood team player /li /brliknowledge of CAD/CAM/CAE system /li /br /ul /brpThis role requires travel within the assigned area. /p /brh3Location /h3 /brpCadorago, flexible /p /brpNCBA: Impiegato, (CCNL Metalmeccanici). /p /brpInitial salary for the pay range of reference: starting from 40,000 Eur gross per year, individual premio. /p /brpThe actual salary offered will be determined based on various factors, such as internal pay equity, market benchmarks, responsibilities, experience, and skills of the selected candidate. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
