Our team plays an integral role by helping the business plan for the future. /p h3Partner with the best /h3 pAs Construction Manager, You will supervise and coordinate all supplier’s activities related to Prefabrication, Fabrication and Construction of Modules, located in San Giorgio di Nogaro (UD), Italy. You will coordinate the supplier and workers’ foremen engaged in construction execution. You will acts as a liaison between supplier, contractors and client representative(s), ensuring schedule is executed in safety, quality and time. /p pAs a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for: /p ul liFollowing standards of safety and comply with BH Health, Safety and Environment Management System requirements. /li liCoordinating and participating in construction process supporting supplier during execution phase, ensuring work is correctly prepared prior to any activity. /li liMonitoring and develop regular redesign of processes due to changes or management needs. /li liElaboration of process improvement are expected taking into consideration broader functional context /li liAssisting the site QA/QC team, supporting them in the preparation of non-conformance reports and assists in developing corrective actions.
/li liCoordinating with Customers’ representatives for the resolution of field problems and with subcontractors to ensure correct communication flow. /li /ul h3Fuel your passion /h3 pTo be successful in this role you will: /p ul li+5 years of experience in operations and construction management /li liHave a degree in Engineering or equivalent and relevant professional qualifications regarding the production environment / operations management / construction activities. /li liHave the willingness to become an Ambassador of Baker Hughes values: Lead, Collaborate, Grow and Care. /li liHave a degree or equivalent and relevant professional qualifications. /li liDemonstrate deep knowledge of the workplace health and safety highest standards. /li liShow proven experience with fabrication, welding (including dimensional controls), painting supervision and control (including NDT requirements) in the OG industry. /li liShow Extensive knowledge of quality industry standards including AWS, ASME, API and knowledge of NDE methodologies. /li liHave knowledge of welding equipment and procedure specification, welder approval processes, material and compliance of workplace health and safety standards. /li liHave experience in working in complex organizations. /li liDemonstrate significant knowledge of quality industrial standards. /li liBe fluent both in English and Italian and hold an EU work permit. /li liHave excellent communication skills, able to explain complex technical information to customers.

The provisions of Contratto Collettivo Industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti will be applied to this position.
