/p h3Your role /h3 pWorking inside Program Management Organization of Power Transistor Sub-Group, the candidate will have the role to manage global development projects in complex environments.
In this scope, the candidate will have to ensure the achievement of project objectives (compliance with deadlines, costs and quality) by ensuring an effective focus of the different project members.
/p h3Significant Activities /h3 ul liDefine a master plan schedule,



identifying timing and dependencies between different projects /li liEngage projects' CORE team to ensure regular review of critical topics at the appropriate frequency /li liEvaluate preventive measures to avoid projects' derail /li liEstablish reactive methodologies to bring back the projects on track /li liLead project reviews (monitor progress and milestones) /li liCommunicate on project's progress /li liVerify the conformity of project deliverables /li liEnsure that project documentation is available (operating procedures, procedures) /li liDefine and maintain the standards of program management /li liDefine KPIs to measure the effectiveness of projects and take countermeasures in case of deviation /li liEstimate constraints between number of projects and resources, enabling through structured methodologies the definition of business priorities /li /ul h3Your Skills Experiences /h3 ul liMaster degree in business engineering or scientific technologies /li li5+ years of experience as PMO /li liRelevant training and/or certifications as a Project Management Officer /li liExcellent understanding of project management methods and tools (dashboards, planning, budget...) /li liExperience in management of cross-functional, multi-sites,



international teams /li liEnglish business proficiency /li liStrong leadership skills /li liNegotiation networking skills /li liAbility to consolidate information and effectively communicate to top management level /li liStrong attention to details and technicalities /li liExcellent organizational and technical abilities /li /ul pThe expected salary range for this position is € 55,000 - € 70,000 gross annual salary (RAL), plus variable pay relevant for the role.
/p pIn accordance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and applicable Italian legislation, this compensation range has been determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria, including job responsibilities, required skills, relevant experience, qualifications, and market benchmarks.
Placement within the range will depend on the candidate's profile and demonstrated competencies.
The final offer will be made in compliance with the applicable National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL), where relevant, and our internal compensation policies.
