Technical Trade Compliance Specialist (EMEA) (m/f/d)In this role you will support import/export, customs and trade compliance for Italy and across the EMEA region, partnering with engineering, manufacturing, logistics, procurement, tax and finance to ensure compliant operations.

You will analyze engineering data to determine classification and export control needs, manage licenses and regulatory filings, and contribute to audits and risk assessments.

and Tax teamsAnalyze technical documentation to determine customs/export control requirementsAssist with customs tariff classification (HS Codes/TARIC) and export control classificationSupport customs clearance reviews and regulatory compliance assessmentsParticipate in internal audits, compliance monitoring, and risk-based assessmentsIdentify opportunities for process improvement, simplification and compliance automationSupport regulatory reporting obligations and documentation managementDeliver compliance awareness initiatives xysqume and trainingPartner with technical and engineering teams to reflect regulatory requirements in processesFluent Italian and professional English proficiencyExperience in engineering, manufacturing, industrial, logistics, or high-tech environmentsAbility to read and understand engineering drawings, specifications, and manufacturing docsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsSelf-motivated with accountability and ownershipAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced international environment
