ph3Manager Internal Audit – Corporate, Western Countries and Innovation /h3 pLocation: Milano, Italia /p pWebuild, a leader in construction engineering, seeks a Manager Internal Audit to support the Internal Audit Direction with assurance and advisory services focused on corporate and project processes. The role is based at our headquarters in Milan. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport in the preparation of the annual audit plan. /li liPlan and execute audit engagements included in the annual plan and ad‑hoc assignments at corporate headquarters, project offices, and Group companies. /li liCoordinate the audit work group identified for each engagement. /li liPerform tests and analyses on key operational processes of Corporate and Project functions (e.g., contract management, design management, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, procurement) to assess the Group’s internal control system. /li liDocument audit findings, prepare related reporting, and provide evidence of issues and recommendations. /li liFollow up on the implementation of corrective actions defined in the audit report and agreed with process owners. /li liSupport and advise business units and Top Management on projects aimed at improving Corporate Governance processes and the Group’s internal control and risk management system. /li liSupport the Direction in applying audit methodologies aligned with Global Internal Audit Standards and propose continuous improvements, particularly in the context of audit process digitalisation. /li liCoordinate certain resources within the Direction. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in Engineering. /li li5‑10 years of experience in Internal Audit within consulting or multinational industrial companies, preferably in businesses handling multi‑year projects. /li liKnowledge of Internal Auditor profession standards and principles of Internal Control and Risk Management systems.



/li liProficiency in SAP and major software packages. /li liFamiliarity with data analytics, data mining, and process mining tools and methodologies. /li liExcellent command of English; knowledge of an additional foreign language is a preference. /li liCertification CIA – Certified Internal Auditor is a preferred requirement. /li /ul h3Professional Personal Attributes /h3 ul liExperience managing a team for audit engagements. /li liAbility to work in teams, handle complex contexts, and manage activities within priorities and deadlines. /li liStrong analytical and synthesis skills with a focus on risk and process evaluation. /li liExcellent relational skills, effective in engaging with stakeholders at all organizational levels. /li liProactive approach, strong interest in business, and continuous process improvement. /li liWillingness to undertake national and international travel. /li /ul h3Contract and Compensation /h3 ul liClassification and CCNL: CCNL Edilizia Industria, level Quadro. /li liContract type: Permanent. /li liAnnual salary (RAL): Up to €60,000. /li liAdditional benefits: Meal vouchers, telemedicine service, health insurance, accident insurance, and supplementary pension plan. /li liWork mode: Hybrid (up to 8 days per month remote). /li /ul pLa definizione della proposta complessiva sarà basata su una valutazione del profilo che tenga conto del percorso professionale maturato e dell’insieme di capacità tecniche e trasversali, in coerenza con il contesto organizzativo e funzionali al raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali. /p pLa ricerca è rivolta ai candidati dell’uno e dell’altro sesso (L.903/77 e D.Lgs.198/06).
