The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the testing process, ensuring the quality and reliability of our payment solutions. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to develop and implement effective testing strategies that align with our business goals. /p h3What You’ll Be Doing /h3 ul liAnalyze product documentation, including Use Cases, User Stories, and UML Diagrams, to develop detailed test cases. /li liCreate and maintain comprehensive test suites to ensure thorough coverage of all functionalities. /li liExecute manual testing to validate the functionality and performance of applications. /li liImplement and execute automated testing solutions using Playwright and Cypress to ensure software quality and reliability. /li liOrganize and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions, ensuring stakeholder involvement and feedback. /li liDevelop and maintain a robust test strategy that aligns with project objectives and timelines. /li liProvide guidance and instruction to offshore testers,



ensuring consistency and quality in testing practices. /li liCollaborate and align with the TOP Overall Test Lead to ensure cohesive testing efforts across the organization. /li /ul h3What You’ll Bring Along /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Informatics or similar field of study, or equivalent working experience is required. /li liAt least 5 years demonstrable experience in a Test Engineer Automation role. /li liStrong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices. /li liExperience with test automation frameworks, particularly Playwright. /li liProficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript or TypeScript. /li liWorking knowledge of Python for test automation purposes. /li liExperience with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Jira Xray TestRail). /li liHands‑on experience in manual testing and the ability to translate complex requirements into executable test cases. /li liStrong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross‑functional teams. /li liExperience in organizing and conducting User Acceptance Testing. /li liProficiency in Azure DevOps for test management and tracking is a plus. /li liAbility to mentor and guide team members, particularly offshore testers. /li liRelevant certifications such as ISTQB or CSTE are a plus. /li liExcellent command of both spoken and written English. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
