/p pCompany: Location: Milano, IT, ***** /p pThis role combines application development, database management, and data analytics skills to ensure reliable data, efficient tools, and meaningful KPIs that support and monitor operational performance across the organization.
/p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 h3Applications Systems Development /h3 ul liManage, maintain, and develop internal applications used by the ITA Hub.
/li liImplement new functionalities and continuously improve existing tools.
/li liDevelop and maintain MySQL databases supporting business applications through PHP development.
/li liEnsure the reliability and efficiency of internal systems and tools.
/li liProvide user support and troubleshoot operational issues when required.
/li /ul h3Data Analysis, Reporting KPI Management /h3 ul liCollect, process, and analyze data from company systems and operational processes.
/li liDevelop KPIs to monitor logistics and warehouse performance, including cost recharges, carrier performance, and internal process efficiency.
/li liDevelop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.
/li liPrepare regular reports, analyses, and presentations for management.
/li liEnsure the quality, consistency, accuracy, and reliability of data used in business decision?making.




/li liCollaborate with cross?functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions.
/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 h3Education Experience /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's Degree in Management Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
/li liRecent graduates are welcome to apply.
/li liAlternatively, a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar Data Analysis, Reporting, Business Systems, or Programming role.
/li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
/li liGood knowledge of Power BI.
/li liGood knowledge of SQL / MySQL.
/li liExperience developing and maintaining applications using PHP.
/li liFamiliarity with relational databases and data management principles.
/li liKnowledge of SAP is considered a strong advantage.
/li /ul h3Languages /h3 ul liGood command of English (mandatory).
