We're looking for a Founding Simulation Engineer to build our 3D multibody and FEM simulation engine for accident reconstruction: the physics core that turns images and evidence into crash dynamics, for every kind of vehicle on the road.
Your mission is simple to state and very hard to achieve: make our simulations the most realistic ever seen in this industry.
/ph3What You'll Do /h3ulliDesign and build our 3D multibody dynamics engine for vehicle motion, impact, and post-impact trajectories.
/liliDevelop FEM models of structural deformation to link vehicle damage to impact energy, speed, and direction.
/liliExtend the engine to multiple vehicle classes: cars, motorcycles, trucks, bicycles, and pedestrians.
/liliValidate against real-world crash data (NHTSA, Euro NCAP, real claims from our platform) and iterate until the results are court-grade.
/liliIntegrate the simulation core with our 3D reconstruction and AI pipeline,



so scene geometry and damage estimates feed the physics directly.
/liliWork side by side with one of the top experts in car accident simulation, who will help you turn decades of domain knowledge into software.
/liliOptimize for speed: reconstructions must run in minutes on cloud infrastructure, not overnight on a workstation.
/li /ulh3What We're Looking For /h3ulliBackground in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or Applied Mathematics (MSc or PhD).
/liliStrong experience with multibody dynamics and/or FEM crash simulation (LS-DYNA, PAM-CRASH, Abaqus, Adams, or your own solvers).
/liliSolid grasp of contact and impact mechanics, vehicle dynamics, and numerical methods (time integration, stiff systems, convergence).
/liliGood programming skills in C++ and/or Python; you can turn a paper into working code.
/liliExperience with accident reconstruction, biomechanics, or automotive safety is a strong plus.
/liliEntrepreneurial mindset: eager to build something that scales globally, not just a research prototype.
/liliBeing a genius is a strong plus.
/liliFluency in Italian is required.
