Every day we help our major global clients deliver ambitious and highly technical projects, in over 112 offices worldwide. /p h3Job Description /h3 pDue to growth and ongoing delivery success with our clients, Turner Townsend's Cost Management division in Italy requires a suitably qualified and experienced Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor with experience in Italy to join our team. /p pWorking within a friendly, professional and highly successful team you will have the opportunity to progress your career swiftly and take ownership of immediate projects. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liCollaborate and develop good relationships with clients and stakeholders internally and externally /li liResponsible for pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties including preparation of cost estimates, procurement and tendering, contract administration, variation, final account, etc. /li liEstimating and cost planning to include producing and presenting the final cost plan /li liTendering and procuring, including managing the pre-qualification stage, producing the tender list, putting the preliminaries together, tender analysis,



producing the tender report and compiling the contractual documents /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liA recognised Degree Qualification. /li liRelevant work experience as a Senior Cost Manager in the construction environment. /li liExcellent command of written and spoken Italian. /li liHighly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your clients and have the ability to work independently. /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
