ppHSE Manager / RSPP – ACEF, Fiorenzuola D’Arda, Italy. /ph3Position Summary /h3pResponsible for managing occupational health, safety, and environmental processes according to ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and Legislative Decree 81/08. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliCoordinate and manage health, safety, and environmental activities on site. /liliConduct risk analyses and develop corrective and preventive action plans. /liliDevelop and deliver training and awareness programs for employees. /liliEnsure regulatory compliance and support emergency management processes. /liliPromote a culture of health, safety, and environment across the site. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor’s degree (environmental, chemical, or petrochemical fields) or an equivalent diploma. /liliAt least 2 years of experience as RSPP or ASPP, preferably in the chemical industry. /liliTraining in accordance with art. 32 of Legislative Decree 81/08.
