/p h3Job Description /h3 pWe are looking for a Engineering FinOps Lead to the financial health, FinOps, sustainability and portfolio governance of the engineering organisation.
This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of advanced technology and agricultural RD, partnering with engineers, product leaders and scientific stakeholders on capabilities with real-world impact.
Make investment decisions more transparent by connecting engineering activity, cost and measurable capability outcomes.
/p pWhat You'll Do /p ul liLead and apply deep expertise in Financial analysis and modelling to deliver durable, scalable outcomes.
/li liLead and apply deep expertise in FinOps and cloud economics to deliver durable, scalable outcomes.
/li liLead and apply deep expertise in Cloud cost allocation and sustainability metrics to deliver durable, scalable outcomes.
/li liLead and apply deep expertise in Portfolio governance and counterfactuals to deliver durable, scalable outcomes.
/li liLead and apply deep expertise in Vendor governance and procurement to deliver durable, scalable outcomes.




/li liLead and apply deep expertise in Engineering fluency to deliver durable, scalable outcomes.
/li liCollaborate across engineering, product and scientific teams to translate complex needs into practical solutions.
/li liSet a high bar for quality, documentation and thoughtful use of AI-assisted engineering.
/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pWhat You Bring /p ul liDemonstrable experience in Financial analysis and modelling.
/li liDemonstrable experience in FinOps and cloud economics.
/li liDemonstrable experience in Cloud cost allocation and sustainability metrics.
/li liDemonstrable experience in Portfolio governance and counterfactuals.
/li liDemonstrable experience in Vendor governance and procurement.
/li liDemonstrable experience in Engineering fluency.
/li liDemonstrable experience in Data-driven reporting and visualisation.
/li liStrong communication skills and the ability to influence across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
/li liFluent English, written and spoken.
Premio Points /li liExperience in agriculture, life sciences, scientific computing or a regulated enterprise environment.
/li liExperience building platforms, products or services used by multiple internal teams.
/li liExperience working in distributed, international engineering organisations.
