A key player in major strategic programs at the global level, Leonardo is a technology and industrial partner to governments, defence administrations, institutions, and businesses. /p pFor our Helicopters Division we are looking for a bMarket Intelligence and Strategic Positioning Specialist /b to drive the development of market insights and competitive analysis, supporting executive-level strategic decisions. /p pThe role serves as a key integrator between data, strategic planning and product development, delivering a forward-looking view of market evolution across the global helicopter industry and adjacent emerging domains. /p pIn addition to analytical responsibilities, the position acts as a bstrategic interface across functions /b , enabling alignment among key internal stakeholders, and fostering informed dialogue with external ecosystem players. /p h3Activities /h3 ul lipCurate and synthesize insights from external sources and industry intelligence, contributing to the development and evolution of business intelligence tools. /p /li lipAnalyze and interpret competitor performance and strategic moves, contributing to regular reporting and forward-looking assessments. /p /li lipEnsure quality, consistency, and accessibility of market data,



ensuring accurate and timely sharing of key information across the organization. /p /li lipConduct and structure market research on global trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics, translating findings into actionable insights. /p /li lipContribute to the development and refinement of mid-long term demand forecasting models for helicopters (civil/parapublic and military), and emerging platforms. /p /li lipSupport the assessment of market evolution, providing key inputs to strategic initiatives and business opportunities. /p /li /ul h3Requirements - Profile Skills /h3 ul lipMaster’s degree in Engineering, Economics or other STEM disciplines (MBA is a plus). /p /li lip5-8+ years of experience in market intelligence, strategy or business analysis in complex/industrial environments (aerospace is a strong plus). /p /li lipStrong expertise in market modelling, forecasting and scenario analysis. /p /li lipAbility to synthesize large datasets into clear strategic narratives and to connect market insights to business implications and decisions. /p /li lipAdvanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Python, Power BI or similar tools is a plus. /p /li lipStrong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with exposure to senior leadership. /p /li lipAbility to operate in cross-functional and international environments.
