ph3Job Description /h3 pWe are seeking a bRegulatory Business Partner /b to support the growth and delivery of consulting services within our Regulatory Consulting business unit for Life Sciences clients. /p pThis role acts as a bridge between regulatory strategy and execution, combining business development, project leadership, and deep regulatory expertise to deliver high‑value consulting engagements. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul liSupport execution of the Regulatory Consulting business unit strategy /li liDrive business development and identify growth opportunities /li liBuild and maintain strong client relationships /li liLead regulatory consulting projects, ensuring delivery on time, budget, and quality /li liAnalyse client regulatory processes and define compliant strategies /li liProvide guidance on global regulatory requirements and submissions /li liDeliver clear insights and recommendations to stakeholders /li liSupport implementation and issue resolution /li liContribute to knowledge sharing and team development /li /ul h3Required Profile: /h3 ul li8–10 years of experience in Life Sciences, ideally in regulatory affairs, consulting, CROs,



or pharma/biotech environments /li liProven experience in client-facing roles and business development /li liStrong expertise in global regulatory frameworks (EMA, FDA, ICH, and other regional requirements) /li liHands‑on experience in regulatory strategy, submissions (eCTD), lifecycle management, and health authority interactions /li liKnowledge of GxP requirements and their impact on regulatory compliance /li liAbility to manage complex projects and engage senior stakeholders /li liExperience coordinating teams or project resources /li liDegree in a relevant scientific or technical discipline /li liStrong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills /li liProactive, results‑driven mindset with an entrepreneurial approach /li /ul h3What We Offer: /h3 pAt Arithmos, you’ll work on impactful consulting projects supporting regulatory excellence and patient safety across global Life Sciences organizations.
