providing timely visibility across internal systems including financial data Review instructions for regulatory, routing, tracking, or rate discrepancies and resolve conflicts Report problems or disputes to the direct supervisor promptly Collaborate with partners, gateway, warehouse, customs, and external parties as needed Monitor carrier performance and escalat when commitments are not met Participate in identifying and implementing process improvements Assist Sales and Customer Care in account implementation and smooth sales-to-operations transition At least one year of experience in a similar role Excellent communication and organizational skills with internal and external stakeholders Knowledge of air logistics and its industry guidelines IATA DRG certification is an advantage Adaptable and able to work in a dynamic environment
