For the strengthening of the Legal function within Cedacri, part of ION Group, we are looking for a Senior Legal Specialist with 5-8+ years of experience gained at top-tier law firms. The successful candidate will work closely with business and functional teams, providing legal advice on a variety of commercial and corporate matters, supporting strategic initiatives, and contributing to effective risk management and compliance. We are looking for a proactive and business-minded professional with strong legal foundations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic and international environment. Learn more at role: Your key duties and responsibilities Drafting and negotiating contracts and agreements Providing legal advice and conducting legal research on a variety of legal topics including civil law, intellectual property, corporate law and real estate Reply to various legal requests from end-users and third parties (including resellers and suppliers) in relation to products and services Conducting research,
investigating facts and developing legal arguments Compiling information and preparing statistics, charts, graphs and other summaries to detail the findings Keeping track of changes in legal framework and providing timely updates on these changes Other duties We might ask you to perform other tasks and duties as your role expands.
