As an Inside Mid Market ISG Sales Specialist, you will work with customers, business partners, and account teams to identify, develop, and close infrastructure opportunities across Lenovo's Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) portfolio.
Working primarily through virtual and digital engagement, you will help customers solve business challenges through solutions spanning servers, storage, hybrid cloud, AI infrastructure, edge computing, and infrastructure services.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and progress ISG sales opportunities within assigned Mid Market customers.
- Partner with Client Managers to drive infrastructure growth and expand Lenovo's footprint.
- Conduct customer discovery conversations to understand business and technology needs.
- Position Lenovo infrastructure solutions and articulate business value, modernization benefits, and ROI.
- Support opportunities from qualification through closure, including solution positioning, pricing, and proposal development.
- Collaborate with technical specialists, business partners, and internal teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline while providing accurate forecasts and updates.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in technology sales, business development, solution sales, presales, or account management.
- Understanding of datacenter, infrastructure, cloud, storage, server, virtualization, or related technologies.
- Strong customer engagement and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience working in a virtual or inside sales environment is an advantage.
- Fluent English and Italian language.

PAY TRANSPARENCY
The anticipated initial gross base salary range for this position is €25560–34080 per year. This range applies to the primary job location Italyand is determined using objective, non-discriminatory and gender-neutral criteria, including skills and relevant experience. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, skills, and business considerations.
Individuals may also be eligible for variable compensation (such as bonus or commission), depending on the role. The applicable variable pay model, eligibility, and target levels will be discussed during the recruitment process.
In addition to base salary and any applicable variable compensation, Lenovo provides statutory remuneration components required by local law, as well as Lenovo's comprehensive benefits package supporting employee well-being, development, and equal opportunities.
For roles open across multiple countries, local base salary ranges may vary based on market conditions, internal frameworks, and legal requirements. The relevant local range will be transparently communicated during the initial discussions.
