pBW Converting is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead strategic New Product Development (NPD) and Derivative Product Development (DPD) programs for OEM machinery across our brand portfolios.
You will guide cross-functional teams through the full development lifecycle using a disciplined Stage-Gate process.
