Quince is seeking an experienced Cashmere Material Quality Lead to secure top quality from raw fiber to finished goods.

You will manage a testing center, define standards, and collaborate with suppliers to elevate quality in line with our brand strategy.You will lead a QA/QC team, drive training, and work closely with sourcing, production and design.
