/p pWe are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee comprehensive site operations and lead a high-performing team.
/p h3Responsibilities /h3 h3Leadership /h3 ul liManage and coach team members /li liDevelop and sustain a high-quality, well-motivated team /li liEnsure high staff morale, trust, and work ethics /li liBuild and maintain an environment that supports teamwork, cooperation, and performance excellence /li liMentor and enable training development of team members /li /ul h3Client/Stakeholder Management /h3 ul liProactively engage stakeholders to ensure on-site client expectations are met /li liBuild and develop effective client/stakeholder relationships across multiple organizational levels /li liServe as on-site key point of contact for Facilities in the client's premises /li /ul h3Procurement Vendor Management /h3 ul liEnsure vendors are well-managed, delivering services on time and within budget /li liEnsure vendor procurement processes comply with agreed client procurement guidelines and Jones Lang LaSalle best practices /li /ul h3Contracts Management /h3 ul liPlan and manage all contracts to ensure professional delivery at appropriate costs /li liMonitor contract expiry dates and initiate re-procurement when needed /li liContinuously assess contracts to deliver best value to the client /li liFinance Management / Cost Control / Profitability /li liActively ensure the site's financial operations meet or exceed targets and control requirements, including the Jones Lang LaSalle Code of Ethics /li liEnsure financial processes are followed at all times /li liHealth Safety Management /li liEnsure provision of a safe working environment /li liEnsure compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health, and safety standards /li /ul h3Site Operations Management /h3 ul liEnsure high-quality service delivery for soft and hard services /li liRecommend continuous quality improvement practices and implement industry best practice operations /li liImplement building procedures and performance measures, maintaining them consistently /li liEnsure all Critical Environment (CEM) requirements are met /li liReview existing operations regularly to reduce costs and improve operational standards /li /ul h3Risk Management /h3 ul liEnsure a property risk management program, including audits, is implemented and maintained /li liEnsure escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures are implemented and in place /li liAssist in developing guidelines and strategies to ensure compliance with Jones Lang LaSalle's business conduct /li liAchieve Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements /li /ul h3Ideal Experience /h3 ul liExperience in facilities management /li liExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client staff and demands /li liKnowledge of Occupational Safety requirements /li liStrong PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems /li liDemonstrated experience with continuous improvement initiatives (highly desirable) /li liKnowledge of vendor management for specialized services /li liKnowledge of critical facilities and understanding of basic technical aspects of property (Computer Room Air-conditioning, Chiller systems, Fire Protection systems, Mechanical Electrical systems, BMS systems)
