CLIENT ADVISORSERRAVALLE OUTLET, ALOFFERING:Basic Salary up to €30KCommission scheme + Company benefitsRESPONSIBILITIES:Deliver an excellent level of customer service, with a strong focus on CRM, clienteling, client book development and after-sales activities.Consistently maintain company standards, supporting Visual Merchandising, stockroom activities and cash desk operations when required.Stay up to date with collections and maintain an in-depth knowledge of products, demonstrating a proactive, positive and constructive attitude.REQUIREMENTS:3+ years' experience within a premium or luxury fashion environment, with proven experience in Ready-to-Wear (RTW).
