/p pThis role partners with developers, architects, product management, customers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality distributed applications, improve existing products, and contribute to new business opportunities through prototypes and technical innovation.
/p pThe position requires strong technical expertise, a proactive and collaborative approach, and the ability to perform effectively in agile, regulated, and high-availability environments.
/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liCollaborate closely with customers and key project stakeholders /li liWork with developers, architects, product managers, and other product teams to design, develop, and integrate software solutions across multiple products.

/li liContribute actively to solution design, development, and delivery, including planning and review activities.

/li liPartner with technical writers to enhance user manuals and produce internal technical documentation.
/li liTroubleshoot, debug, maintain, and enhance existing software modules in line with standard product maintenance processes.
/li liSupport new business opportunities by contributing to customer proof-of-concepts and developing prototypes based on emerging technologies.

/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liAt least 5 years of experience in the design and development of distributed applications.
/li liAt least 5 years of hands?on experience with Java/J2EE, JPA, and Hibernate.
/li liExperience developing and deploying applications in containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
/li liExperience building applications with Spring Boot.
/li liSolid understanding of RESTful APIs and service-based architectures.
/li liGood knowledge of relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL; familiarity with DB2 and Oracle is a plus.
/li liGood knowledge of messaging systems, preferably ActiveMQ Artemis and JMS.
/liliExperience working in Agile development environments.
/li liProfessional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Actual compensation will be determined in accordance with the applicable collective agreement and internal compensation policies.
Factors that we consider include, but are not limited to, role, career level, performance, skills, level of expertise, experience, location, market competitiveness, and internal equity.
The estimated starting compensation range is €35,086 – €41,848.
The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
