/p h3Your Role /h3 pWe are searching for a dedicated bSAP FI-CO Application Specialist /b to support the alignment of IT strategy with business strategy, focusing on Finance, Controlling and Industrial areas.
This role involves close interaction with business stakeholders, providing technical support, and ensuring the effective delivery of IT services.
/p h3Your Impact /h3 ul liAssist in aligning IT strategy with business strategy by supporting the SAP Competence Center.
/li liManage and support the application portfolio mainly on SAP Finance Controlling.
/li liProvide first-level support for SAP applications, focusing on Finance Controlling processes.
/li liSupport the recommendation and appointment of external resources when internal capacity is exceeded.
/li liWork with application analysts in support of day-to-day operations.
/li liDevelop and implement appropriate service delivery models for core application functions, defining, delivering, and improving services for the enterprise and its customers.




/li liDocument and recommend improvements for how the ERP application integrates with other applications and interfaced systems.
/li liEnsure adherence to standards and continuously evaluate the effectiveness of application systems.
/li liMonitor the performance of applications within their domain and evaluate the performance of services based on specific KPIs.
/li /ul h3About You /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
/li liMinimum of 5 years of experience in IT application support or a related field /li liDeep knowledge in SAP customizing modules FI (AP, AR, AA and G/L, TR), RAR module is a plus, CO (COPA, Product costing, PS), FM are a plus /li liHands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA or previous versions of SAP ERP is a must /li liStrong business acumen and good proficiency in Excel /li liProficiency in diagnosing and solving application issues /li liKnowledge of ERP systems and their integration with other applications /li liProficient English both written and oral /li liProficient in requirement gathering and in translating user and/or systems requirements into functional/technical specifications /li liPrevious experience in SAP implementation projects and data migration /li liSystem Integration consulting experience is a plus /li /ul h3Compensation Data /h3 pWe believe great work deserves great recognition.
For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between €40,000 and €60,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
