Within the Customer Support Services & Training area, we are looking for a Technical Instructions Specialist for our office in Cascina Costa (VA).
Activities:Management of Service Bulletin (SB) / Prescrizione Tecnica Ditta (PTD) process including:
Collection of SB/PTD requirement (from different originators: CAE/CPE, PM, PSM, CSAM, ...)
Analysis of the "as design" and "as built" configuration of the in service helicopters candidates for SB/PTD development
Collection of technical documentation for SB/PTD development
Supplier engagement for SB/PTD development, monitoring time and costs
Engagement of logistic dept. for spare parts availability, as necessary
SB/PTD internal dispatch and comments collection
Support to SB validation, either remote or at Customer premises
Final SB/PTD approval and official release (for PTD only, support to coordination with DAAA)
Support to Service Engineering and logistic dept. for queries related to SB/PTD.




Support to Reconfiguration Engineering to define effort (internal and supplier costs) for SB/PTD development requested by Customers as commercial offer.

SeniorityJunior: 1–3 years of experience
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree in Aerospace/Mechanics Engineering.
Experience in the Aeronautical sector for the management of technical documentation (either drawing and technical publication).
Experience in the Aeronautical sector (preferably operating in Engineering or Maintenance)
Knowledge of Aviation regulations (EASA, EMAR, ...)
REQUESTED SKILLSFluent English (both spoken and written)

Organizational and analytical skills
Strong orientation to work in team
Ability in problem solving

How does the selection process work?
Following the application collection phase, the CVs that best match the required qualifications will be evaluated and shortlisted.
