Fortinet is seeking a Technical Account Manager in Italy (office-based 4 days/week in Rome or Milan) to build long-term trust as the primary technical advisor for key enterprise customers. You will understand customer needs to tailor technical support and recommendations, helping ensure mission-critical environments stay healthy and deliver ROI.

You will guide customers with best practices and maintain proactive communication, contributing to overall customer success with Fortinet products.
