Minor Hotels Europe & Americas in Milan is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join the People Department. You will manage recruitment and onboarding processes in Italy, coordinating with operations and reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager.

You will build strong relationships with hiring managers, use data-driven insights to optimize hiring, and lead the candidate experience from first contact to offer, while promoting our employer brand across channels.
