Inxpect radar products are used for safety and anti-collision applications covering a wide variety of industries.

Coordinating with the Chief Sales Officer and supporting the Inxpect Sales Subsidiary (Wisconsin) in managing and growing the Americas market, your responsibilities are going to be:

- Growing sales through existing direct customer accounts while also developing new ones.
- Becoming a sales and technical leader regarding machine safety for distributors and direct customers, providing commercial training as needed.
- Managing Inxpect’s participation in Trade Fairs in the Americas.

Requirements:

- At least three years experience as Sales Manager in industrial automation manufacturing companies or in industrial systems integration companies in the Americas.



Experience in the United States market will be preferred.
- B. Sc. or equivalent degree
- Comfortable working directly with customers and distributors
- Willingness to travel (at least 1 week per month)
- Good written and spoken communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented
- Team player
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)

Contract:

- Permanent contract
- Gross annual salary between 40K€ and 60K€ (salary and contractual arrangements are commensurate with actual autonomy and experience in the role, as verified during the interview)
- Variable bonuses upon achievement of objectives
- “Metalmeccanico industria” national contract
- Welfare as per national contract
