This is your chance to work in a truly international environment, fully integrated with our UK HQ, while enjoying benefits that set a new standard for the Italian marketb. /b /ph3THE ROLE /h3pYou will be the mechanical lead of our projects in Italy as well as a key member on other international projects, working closely with all the other disciplines (Architecture, Structures, Civils and Sustainability) and clients to deliver innovative designs. /pulliLead mechanical technical design (HVAC, cooling, piping and ventilation) for all project stages, from concept to construction, including calculations, concept development, project coordination, HS, risk management and project delivery. /liliSupervise and coordinate teams of engineers and technicians, assigning tasks, providing technical guidance and ensuring team cohesion toward project goals. /liliIdentify and specify appropriate mechanical equipment and components to meet project objectives, considering energy efficiency, reliability, redundancy and system compatibility. /liliDemonstrate strong knowledge of critical cooling systems, variable flow closed-circuit water systems, chilled water applications and mechanical equipment selection. /liliCarry out hydraulic system calculations, including pump sizing, pressure drop analysis and flow control for chilled water applications. /liliWork concurrently on multiple projects from concept through to delivery. /liliUse a solution-based approach to solve complex thermal and fluid dynamic problem /liliEnsure full compliance with Italian regulations. /liliProduce and sign off official submissions to local authorities.
/liliManage project coordination, QA/QC procedures and risk management. /liliMentor junior engineers and liaise with senior management on project escalations. /li /ulh3WHAT WE NEED /h3ullibDegree in Mechanic /bal, Industrial, Energy Engineering or equivalent. /lilibMust-Ha /bve: Deep knowledge of Italian regulations. /lilibMinimum of 4 ye /bars of professional experience, preferably with previous experience in Data Centre, mission critical or Pharmaceutical projects in Italy. /liliSolid experience on large-scale industrial, infrastructure or complex building services projects.
