pCellebrite is seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer based in Italy to support customers and sales across the EMEA region.
You will own technical issues from initial investigation to resolution, with hands-on troubleshooting and on-site support when required.
/ppThe role requires strong Windows and Linux expertise, knowledge of mobile OS ecosystems, and excellent communication with customers.
Hybrid work in Italy and regular travel across the region are expected.
