/ph3bJOB PURPOSE /b /h3pThe Production Planner is in charge of order management and provides actions and information to support production set up, schedules and deliveries in a congruent manner with the critical path and goals of the division /ph3bRESPONSIBILITIES /b /h3ulliDefine and monitor start up critical path.
/liliReport supply data into the systems.
/liliMonitor on-time deliveries, troubleshooting with team business partners as necessary.
/liliEnsure that data accuracy is maintained.
/liliManage information on the appropriate systems,



looking for process improvements in data and information management.
/liliStealth activities related to work orders creation and manufacturer management.
/liliSAP activities related to purchase orders creation and management.
/liliLiaise with Start UP Team for BOMs and technical informations.
/liliLiaise with PE and Purchasing team on raw material call-offs receipts, ensuring production needs are met in accordance with critical path and delivery schedule.
/liliLiaise with Order Management to ensure the timely receipt of sales orders and the proper coordination of production order creation.
/liliPrepare updates for weekly production meetings.
/liliRM allocation to work.
/li /ulh3bPERSONAL PROFILE /b /h3ulliDegree in Management Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
/liliHighly proficient in MS Office applications.
/liliStrong analytical skills are needed.
/liliKnowledge of SAP, Sedapta, Stealth 3K, SQL, Power BI is a plus.
/liliAbility to react to change.
