Job SummaryTo provide business operations support to Vehicle Finance teamAssist customers (Retail & Corporate) with necessary documents & provide after sales services.Update deal additional information (DIM) in core banking system & arrange the file sent to archive after complete the payment & all necessary updating.Maintain quality and compliance managementAs a backup for all operational work & customer services issues.Key AccountabilitiesCustomer service & interactions.DIM update, Archiving & all VF Ops related assigned tasks.Daily business activity (Amendment /Blocking Release/ Insurance/Postponement / early settlement/ obligation letter / plate number change letter).
Compliance to Vehicle Release process & procedures (Corporate & Retail).
Preparing IPG for corporate customers.Ensure full adherence to bank policy,
