You drive performance through KPIs, coordinate cross-functional collaboration, and develop the team to meet service targets.

Ensure timely, high-quality installation, maintenance, and repair services.

Collaborate with Sales, Technical Support, Logistics to ensure seamless service delivery.
Foster strong customer relationships and act as escalation point to ensure satisfaction.
Identify training needs and develop technical and soft skills within the team.

In-depth knowledge of Vertiv and legacy equipment
