ph3Deputy Manager Customer Experience Sales – New Opening Roma Outlet Village /h3pReporting to the Store Manager, the Deputy Manager ensures store performance and optimal client experience by managing and supporting the Sales Team with training, coaching, and continuous feedback.
/ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliEnsure a positive selling environment by overseeing all aspects of the selling process and creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
/liliSet daily goals for customer service to enhance the overall experience, emphasizing responsiveness and satisfaction.
/liliTrain and coach the team on standards, including customer service, product placement, and efficient time management.
/liliAssist in goal setting and verification to ensure the team is aligned with quantitative and qualitative objectives.
/liliSupport recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring new hires are appropriately introduced to the team and company culture.
/liliProvide continuous feedback to the team, fostering their professional development and addressing performance concerns.




/liliFacilitate effective communication by conducting regular briefings and training sessions on products, customer relationship management (CRM), and company updates.
/liliOversee CRM activities to achieve retention, upgrading, and prospect conversion targets.
/liliCollaborate with other teams to allocate duties effectively, ensuring a seamless operation within the store.
/liliMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for continuous improvement, using company reports to analyze trends and identify areas for enhancement.
/liliProvide recommendations for action based on the analysis of sales performance.
/li /ulh3The Ideal Candidate /h3ulliPreferably 1-2 years' experience in a similar role within a structured environment /liliHighly developed business acumen /liliAbility to take a 'big picture' view of a situation /liliGood communication and collaboration skills and abilities /liliHighly detail oriented and organized in work /liliFluent in Italian and basic English.
