ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liBuild relationships, understand business needs and engage with key functions to deliver results /li liDevelop and execute category strategies, run RFPs/RFQs/eAuctions and scout for innovative suppliers /li liOwn contract negotiations, manage supplier performance and ensure compliance with ESG and sustainability goals /li liChampion digital transformation by integrating AI and digital best practices into everyday procurement and drive adoption of new tools and processes /li liAct as a change agent, train colleagues and continuously seek out new ways to improve and automate /li liMonitor supply chain and cyber risks, ensuring business continuity and compliance /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liUniversity degree (business or engineering preferred)



/li li5+ years' experience in sourcing, category management or related fields /li liProactive and collaborative attitude with a focus on growth and innovation /li liStrong communication, analytical and project management skills /li liSolid negotiations and contract management expertise /li liAdvanced skills with SAP Ariba, Apadua, Keelvar, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint /li liPassion for digital innovation and AI in procurement, with hands?on experience using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity /li liFluent English; other European languages are a plus /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
