/ppReporting to the Senior Sales Manager, the bInside Sales Representative /b is responsible for managing and growing existing Sensient bFlavors Europe /b accounts assigned within the scope of the Strategy determined by the Company.
/ppThis position is office-based in any of our European offices: Heverlee (Belgium), Illkirch (France), Milton Keynes (UK), Milan (Italy), Barcelona (Spain), Geesthacht (Germany).
/ph3What will you do: /h3ulliDevelop and maintain relationships with a substantial portfolio of existing and prospective customers in the food and beverage industry.
/liliDrive revenue growth by delivering exceptional customer service, negotiating effectively, introducing innovation, and building long-term client partnerships.
/liliCollaborate cross-functionally with RD, Commercial, Operations, and Customer Service teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
/liliManage the sales pipeline by qualifying leads, implementing sales strategies, preparing quotations, and supporting pricing initiatives.
/liliTrack customer activity, maintain accurate records, and communicate key sales updates and opportunities to management.
/li /ulh3What will you bring: /h3ulliBachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
/liliExperience in sales or in a commercial or customer support role in a B2B environment.




/liliFluency in English and another European language (per location).
Any additional European language would be an advantage.
/liliStrong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams and with clients.
/liliCuriosity and adaptability to quickly learn new products, technologies, systems, and contribute to business success.
