Since its opening in ****, Rosa Alpina has offered its guests an unparalleled base for exploring Italy's UNESCO-protected Dolomites, celebrating the history of the property while uniting it with Aman's philosophy.
/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liImplement and handle preventative maintenance of all equipment and update appropriate logs.
/li liDiagnose and handle all repairs of systems and equipment, with particular competences in electrical systems, devices, home automation, PLCs, lighting systems, electrical panels and devices, access control systems, and associated, also guiding and coordinating external vendors/contractors.
The candidate shall be capable of reading electrical components and placing appropriate orders for new materials.
/li liPerforms scheduled building routine rounds, in particular to all HVAC equipment.
/li liRespond to guest calls regarding maintenance of rooms and equipment in rooms or public areas in a timely manner.
/li liRespond to all emergency conditions such as fires, power failures, etc.




/li liWork harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
/li liPuts extreme care and attention to order and cleanliness in the workshop, technical rooms, office, and other engineering locations.
Make sure all plant rooms and workshop are in perfect condition.
/li liParticipate to the daily building maintenance procedures, providing support when and as required.
/li liProvide minor electrical installations when required.
/li liAssist with energy conservation programs in the hotel.
/li liOrganize and monitor spare parts inventory, requesting new materials when needed.
/li liAny other task as it might be required from time to time.
/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMin 5 years' experience in building maintenance, if in luxury hotels would be a plus.
/li liStrong skills and competences in electrical systems and home automation.
/li liEnglish language is recommended.
