/ph3We are looking for new colleague in the role of Senior Project Developer to reinforce our Italian Team in Rome.
/h3pThe Senior Project Developer will be responsible, reporting to the Head of Development, working of greenfield projects and co-developments ensuring the achievement of the ready to build stage as well as working of the construction permitting liaising with the implementation team.
/ph3Key responsibilities /h3ulliAnalyses solar projects (including Due Dilligence and commercial negotiations), secures internal approvals /liliCoordinates and manages development permitting process of projects to ensure a timely "RTB" (ready to build) status /liliManages relationship (including contractual obligations) with co-development partners.
/li /ulpPrepares projects for submissions to tenders and authorizations.
/pulliManages relationship with external and relevant stakeholders (e.g. municipalities, public authorities, DSO, TSO, regional bodies, landowners and service providers).
/liliCoordinates internal teams, e.g. legal, engineering, construction, finance and controlling /liliDevelopment of an in-depth knowledge of the local market legislation, regulations, subsidiary schemes etc.
; /liliControl on costs and cashflow within the development budget.




/li /ulh3Your profile /h3ulliAt least 7-10 years of experience in development of renewable energy projects in Italy.
/liliDeep knowledge of site-securing, interconnection and permitting processes of renewable projects in Italy.
/liliExtensive knowledge and experience on environmental issues.
/liliKnowledge of Autocad is a plus /liliGood interpersonal and communication skills.
/liliLeadership skills /liliUniversity degree /liliNative Italian is a must and fluent in English /li /ulh3Why us?
