/p pOur mobile app is where everything starts: it's how drivers, adjusters, and repair shops capture the images and videos that feed our 3D reconstruction engine.
We're looking for a Founding Mobile Engineer to own it end-to-end, from the camera pipeline to the App Store.
/p h3What You'll Do /h3 ul liOwn the mobile app end-to-end: architecture, development, releases, and monitoring on both iOS and Android.
/li liBuild guided capture experiences (camera, video, AR overlays) that help non-experts collect reconstruction-grade footage of vehicles and accident scenes.
/li liDesign offline-first, reliable upload pipelines for large media files in poor network conditions (roadside, parking garages, body shops).
/li liIntegrate tightly with our AI backend: real-time feedback on capture quality, on-device pre-processing, and model-driven UX.
/li liSet up mobile CI/CD, testing,



and analytics from scratch.

/li liWork directly with the founders and the AI team to turn research capabilities into product features users love.
/li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 ul li4+ years of mobile development with apps shipped to production at scale.
/li liStrong experience with Flutter or React Native, or deep native experience (Swift/Kotlin) and willingness to go cross-platform.
/li liHands-on experience with camera/media APIs; ARKit/ARCore or computer-vision-adjacent work is a strong plus.
/li liYou care about performance, reliability, and UX details.

/li liCompetitive salary (RAL): €40,000 - €50,000 annually.

options are exempt from income tax and you only pay capital gains when you sell.

/li liFormer Spooners: €10,000 extra on top of the RAL and an additional 0.3% equity, for a total of €50,000 - €60,000 annually and 0.6% - 0.8% in stock options.
