pREDEN, a renewable energy group, seeks a Legal Manager (F/M) for a long-term contract in Rome, Italy.
You will lead the Italian Legal team and support corporate transactions within the group.
/ppYou will analyse, draft and negotiate contracts in Italian or English, provide risk management and regulatory guidance, and lead MA activity and project financing.
The role requires a Master's degree in Italian Corporate Law or Renewable Energy Law and at least 5 years' in-house experience in renewables.
