/ph3What You'll Be Doing... /h3pWe have an immediate need for a bSenior Fullstack Software Engineer /b at our Florence office.
The successful candidate will join a high-performing RD team focused on significant platform growth and architectural evolution, working in cross-functional teams to expand and improve our award-winning SAAS Fleet Management products.
/pulliLead product feature design and implementation, taking ownership of complex components independently while collaborating closely with product managers and your team.
/liliArchitect and implement changes and new features in a manner which promotes highly efficient, reusable, and performant code.
/liliDrive code quality across the team by conducting rigorous peer code reviews and steering robust quality assurance and testing strategies.
/liliOwn the investigation and resolution of critical technical issues across the full development lifecycle, including deep-dives into production systems.
/liliChampion engineering velocity by safely integrating AI code assistants into the development workflow, ensuring AI-generated code meets strict security, performance, and architectural standards.
/li /ulh3What We Are Looking For...



/h3pYou'll need to have: /pulliBachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
/liliExcellent understanding of algorithm design, implementation and testing.
/liliExcellent knowledge of OOP, software design and web architectures.
/liliKnowledge of Software Lifecycle Management (writing unit and integration tests, monitoring, profiling, etc.).
/liliGood knowledge of versioning tools.
/liliAdvanced experience in developing distributed services and RESTful APIs (C#/.NET preferred).
/liliExperience in developing modern client-side applications (Angular preferred).
/liliKnowledge of databases' design, development and optimization.
/liliProficiency in leveraging AI code assistants (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) to optimize development workflows, refactor legacy code, and drive team-wide engineering velocity.
/liliWillingness to join a fast-paced team, working in a CI/CD environment following agile methodologies (Kanban).
/liliAbility to approach problems with a sense of ownership, enthusiasm, and innovation.
/liliFluency in English.
/li /ulh3Even Better If You Have /h3ulliExperience with Cloud Computing (AWS preferred).
/liliExperience working with CICD pipelines and test automation.
/liliExperience with monitoring tools (such as NewRelic, Grafana, CloudWatch...) /liliGood verbal and written communication skills working within a distributed development team.
