Six Senses Rome & Milan seeks a Cluster Director of HR to lead the human resources function across the Rome property, Milan cluster office, and the upcoming Six Senses Milan. You will shape workforce planning, recruitment, compensation benchmarking, training, and HR readiness for pre-opening activities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business related field, 5+ years in luxury hotel HR, and fluency in English and Italian, with EU/EEA eligibility to work in Italy.
