Trade Republic, Milan, seeks an experienced compliance professional to serve as Deputy MLRO for the Italian entity. You will represent the MLRO to authorities and audits, act as SOS Delegate under Italian law, and drive risk‑based QA cycles with KPI tracking.

You will lead EDD decisions for high‑risk clients, support regulatory reporting, and guide process improvements while coordinating related projects in money laundering prevention and sanctions compliance.
